Following the big success of their past collaborations, this is possibly the most hyped H&M collaboration since Kenzo’s furry coats sold out. The collaboration which was first announced back in July to be released this fall sparked a lot of excitement amongst many of the high-end streetwear’s loyal clients.
Established in London in 2005, Erdem has come to be synonymous with versatile yet powerful femininity. This collection heavily inspired by the Victorian era boasts of the designers regale signature; floral prints with jacquard fabrics and frills. It includes coats, slip dresses, Victoriana blouses, jewelry, snowdrop-sprig ballgowns, just to name a few.
The H&M x Erdem collection will be available to buy worldwide in H&M stores and online on 2 November. Erdem is the 17th fashion designer to collaborate with H&M and the brand’s creative advisor calls him a “poetic addition” to a list of collaborations they’ve done with designers such as Balmain, Stella McCartney, Kenzo, Karl Lagerfeld.
