#SCHICKWOMAN: CUSH JUMBO IS A BRITISH-NIGERIAN STAR OF THE BRITISH STAGE

Our SCHICK woman’s career didn’t take long to take off after graduation. Cush Jumbo won raves as Mark Antony in an all-female Julius Caesar, Nora in A Doll’s House, Rosalind in As You Like It, appeared opposite Hugh Jackman in “The River” on Broadway, and Josephine Baker in her self-penned solo show Josephine and I. With a name like Cush Jumbo, it’s very hard to forget the beauty. The ‘Jumbo’ is from her father, who is Nigerian, and ‘Cush’ was a king in ancient Egypt.
